Quick Lube Technician

The Lube Technician inspects vehicles and conducts minor repairs and preventative maintenance services to customer vehicles in a timely manner. He or she will be responsible for complete chassis lubrication, oil and oil filter changes, and the inspection of all vehicle fluid levels, air and cabin air filtration devices, belts, batteries and other wear items and for reporting on the status of such components to the Service Advisor in a timely fashion. The Lube Technician will also identify concerns such as leaks, severe wear issues and other observed defects. He or she will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe work area before, during and after vehicle servicing and restocking supplies. Other duties will be assigned as necessary.

High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent. Lube Technician experience an asset. Professional demeanor. Efficient problem solving skills. Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications. Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment. Ability to work individually and as part of a team. High level of integrity and work ethic. Must possess a valid driver's license. Experience with customer service preferred. Is able to effectively communicate automotive issues clearly. Is able to work independently, managing his or her time and work flow. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
