- Sort, pack, crate and package materials and products.
- Perform other laboring and elemental activities
- Clean machines and immediate work areas
- Assist machine operators, assemblers and other workers
- Other related tasks
Base salary of $14 per hour plus shift premiums and overtime pay.
8 hour MAD shifts available in some departments.
Shift premiums of .60 cents on afternoons and .80 cents on nights.
12 hour shifts are scheduled on two week rotations working 36 hours one week and 48 the next.
Shift premiums of .35 cents on afternoons and .85 cents on nights. These shifts are scheduled on a two week rotation working 36 hours the first week and 48 the second. Also, the last 8 hours of the second week are paid at time and a half.
There is no longer a 3 month wait for medical benefits and so this as well as pension and accumulation of vacation (120 hours) begins on first day of employment.

A bonus of up to 2.5% of salary is possible at the end of the year based on personal and corporate performance. (attendance, meeting targets, recommending process improvements, and over all contribution to Company process and deliverables.
