We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our client. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional front counter, reception and general administrative support for the branch.

Key Responsbilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers and greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner on arrival
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls
  • Perform general administration tasks

The sucessful applicant must have and disply the following:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role
  • Previous exposure to mining/heavy equipment industries (desirable)
  • Excellent computer knowledge, working with Microsoft Office, systems and data bases
  • Proven stakeholder and customer engagement with a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism and confidence
  • Ability to work within a high volume, team environment

This opportunity is offering training on company systems, 38-hours per week, with an immediate start available. You will be required to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen prior to commencement.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $67,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
