 Maintains & enters accounting records in Simply Accounting and Paper Filing System
 Prepares and issues purchase orders and requests for quote
 Receives and processes accounts payable & accounts receivable invoices
 Prepares appropriate schedules and reports
 Ensures job folders and purchasing records are organized
 Creates and updates bill of materials
 ISO quarterly reports and associated record keeping
 Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
 Communicates with clients, suppliers, vendors, and banking contacts in an exceptionally professional manner
 Complies with all company, health & safety and ISO requirements
 Performs other duties as assigned

 Welcomes visitors by greeting and assisting them, in person or on the telephone
 Directs visitors by maintaining department directories and answers general inquiries
 Maintains company client, and supplier records in the online CRM database and provides administrative support to sales department
 Assist management with word processing and spreadsheet needs
 General clerical skills such as filing, assist in making travel arrangements, meeting and event arrangements
 Creates and organizes shipping paperwork and schedules shipping

Skills & Experience / Compétences & expérience

 Ensure all record keeping and metrics are up to date for month end reporting
 Organizes inventory and purchase returns
 Keeps filing system and server organized

 Diploma in Accounting or Business Degree
 Highly experienced in Simply Accounting and Microsoft Office
 Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff
 Extremely detail-oriented, reliable, excellent communication skills, positive attitude and enjoys working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
 4 - 6 years of bookkeeping and general administrative knowledge and experience
