KFHC is searching for a full time Finance & Tenant Services Administrator to work as part of the Finance & Administration Department to maintain accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable, payable and to support the financial and tenant service operations of the organization in accordance with established policies, procedures and general accounting principles.

The successful applicant must have a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, proven ability to deliver results and to manage short and long-term priorities and objectives in a fast paced changing environment.

Skills & Experience / Compétences & expérience


-Combination of post-secondary degree or diploma in Accounting and in the final stages of obtaining Chartered Professional Accountant designation.

-Minimum of five years general accounting experience that includes accounts payable, receivable and payroll functions.

-Excellent organizational and administrative skills, ability to interpret/apply financial general accounting principles and practices.

-Knowledge of business operations, processes and internal control systems with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to obtain general knowledge of the Housing Services Act, Residential Tenancy Act and all relevant legislations.

-Proficiency in computerized accounting systems
Obtain and maintain a satisfactory Criminal Rec
