The Sales Specialist, Home Appliances, offers expert advice to our customers with all the detailed information they require to guide their decision.

Your responsibilities:
• Offer the customers specialized and sound advice on all home appliance products  as well as supporting products, warranty plans and financing, with the focus being on closing the sale;
• Achieve the weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets all while meeting the margin goals;
• Proactively approach customers to offer the best customer service and assess their needs;
• Stay informed of all in store promotions as well as all marketing initiatives;
• Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to company policies relating to merchandising and health and safety.
• Be able to multitask

Skills & Experience / Compétences & expérience

Qualifications to join our team:

• 1-2 years’ experience in a sales position;
• Ability to listen, question and analyze the customer’s needs
• Exceptional client relations abilities.
