Description

We are looking for a Student Research Analyst to join our team for the next 5 weeks. Knowing and satisfying the needs of our advisors is the key to our ongoing success - and this is where you will have your chance to shine. We are looking for your help to have the right market research to gather actionable data and analytics to continue to service our partners and determine what they need from us to help them grow their business. In short, we are looking for you to prepare, present and summarize survey data results.

About you

Collaboration, strong communication skills and attention to detail will be fundamental ingredients to help you succeed in this position. Your experience writing and researching for a business or professional audience in addition to your strong command of primary, secondary, and quantitative methodologies and procedures will result in valuable insight to our market needs. This position will be able to put your previous work experience performing research, using statistics, analyzing data and communicating results is a requirement as well as your Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s Degree in Economics, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics or Mathematics and advanced courses in research methods, survey methodology, and statistics to excellent use.

 

 

Skills & Experience / Compétences & expérience

Working Conditions
No travel is required for this office based role in Kingston.
The total duration of the contract is 6-10 hours a week for a total of 5 weeks. You will be required to work efficiently and independently with minimal guidance or oversight.
Minimal lifting is involved and working from a seated position for periods of time is optional as alternative desk options are available, including treadmill and standing desks!
