Description: Our trade organization is seeking a Permanent, Full-Time Office Manager to start immediately. We are looking for someone who is organized, motivated, detail oriented and enjoys multi-tasking. The successful candidate shall possess exceptional interpersonal skills, be courteous, professional and excel at communicating and interacting with others. The individual will complete a variety of tasks each day to include, but not limited to, answering phones, management and maintenance of electronic files/data systems/inventory and accounts payable/receivable/on-line banking

Job Description:

- Answer and direct calls

- Accurately record and relay messages

- Manage documents and files

- General administrative duties and responsibilities

- Assist in various daily operations supporting other team members

- Schedule, coordinate meetings

- Accounts payable/Receivable

- Maintain office equipment, inventory/office supplies

- Coordinate and liaise with management and field Reps

 

Skills & Experience / Compétences & expérience

Skills and Qualifications:

- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills

- Organized, efficient, detail oriented

- Punctual and reliable

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications

- Experience using Quick Books Accounting Software

- Attention to detail

- Strong work ethic, Excel at multi-tasking

- Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking and collaboration skills

- Must have previous experience in similar role

office management: 1 year (Preferred)
