Bartenders onboard are responsible for preparing beverages for guests directly or fulfilling server’s orders that have been entered in the POS system. Bartenders perform assigned procedures and tasks in an organized, friendly and professional manner.
Tasks include: maintaining a clean and organized bar at all times, delivering beverages to guests in an accurate and timely fashion, respond to all guest and servers needs throughout the cruises, and delivering high service standards.
Skills & Experience / Compétences & expérience
All crew must understand the context of hospitality onboard ships and undergo marine orientation by the ship’s Captain before their first shift. Heavy lifting is occasionally required.
Proficiency in languages other than English is an asset.
