Servers onboard are responsible for providing a high quality of service of food and beverage items to our guests for lunch, dinner and chartered cruises.
Tasks include: maintaining clean and organized service sections at all times, deliver all food and beverage items to a guest in an accurate and timely fashion, anticipate and respond to all guest needs throughout the cruises, collect all payments and process through the POS, and delivering high service standards.
Skills & Experience / Compétences & expérience
All crew must understand the context of hospitality onboard ships and undergo marine orientation by the ship’s Captain before their first shift. Heavy lifting is occasionally required.
Proficiency in languages other than English is an asset.
