About Maltby Centre

About the Role

As a member of the Continuous Service Improvement team, the Program Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support, reception duties, client information management and assisting in the identification and implementation of administrative service improvements. In addition, this position takes part in walk-in clinic reception coverage at our Kingston location, which includes some evening work and may be required to cover duties at other office locations as needed.

 

Skills & Experience / Compétences & expérience

You are a bilingual administrative professional, who works in an engaging and collaborative way. You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy being the first point of contact, interacting with clients and visitors in both official languages with sensitivity and professionalism. You possess a Diploma in Office Administration or a related field, have two years related experience in performing a variety of administrative services for a community-based service provider and you excel in the use of MS Office and client information systems.
