About the Role
As a member of the Continuous Service Improvement team, the Program Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support, reception duties, client information management and assisting in the identification and implementation of administrative service improvements. In addition, this position takes part in walk-in clinic reception coverage at our Kingston location, which includes some evening work and may be required to cover duties at other office locations as needed.
