POSITION OVERVIEW
Your overall responsibility is to greet both arriving and departing guests, seat guests in a friendly manner and assist in maintaining the overall guest flow of the restaurant.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Efficient operation of our front door
• Controlling the flow of the dining room and lounge
• Creating a positive first impression
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the host stand and area
• Preparing tables for new guests
• Seat guests with menu
• Adhere to health & safety guidelines at all times
• Providing current information for our guests on promotions, events and the local community
• Operation of the computerized point of sale system
• All other duties as assigned

Skills & Experience / Compétences & expérience

QUALIFICATIONS & JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Smart Serve certification an asset
• Must be friendly, outgoing, and be a team player
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Must be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
